Great for family reunions, friend gatherings and/or small retreat style meetings – and just minutes to Downtown Asheville, bordering the Blue Ridge Parkway National Park. Smaller groups love Avondale Ridge too and pricing is based on group size to encourage smaller groups to stay as well! This large cabin-style home, bordering the Blue Ridge Parkway, welcomes up to 16 guests. Six bedrooms on three levels, each level with a full bath, provide plenty of privacy. And Avondale Ridge is in a location convenient to downtown Asheville & local activities, for your vacationing group. Scroll down for detailed interior photos!

Main Level: Bedroom 1 & 2 are on the main level, each with a queen bed (up to 4 guests on level 1). A full amenity kitchen opens to the large dining and living room space. Large windows, deck access, and rock fireplace add to the cabin feel and ambience of this wonderful living area. Click on images to view them larger.
Upstairs: A spacious second family room is upstairs, with additional sofa bed/futon, seating, TV and deck. A King bedroom (Bedroom #3) is also upstairs along with a small fourth bedroom, with bunk (accommodations for up to 6 guests on the upper level). Lower Level: Bedrooms 5 & 6 are in the lower level (walk-in basement with sliding glass doors opening out to a lower & third level of decks). One of the downstairs bedrooms has a queen bed with a bunk bed, the other lower level bedroom has a king bed with an extra twin bed (up to 7 guests on this level). What’s Included, what to bring: The kitchen is equipped with cookware and dinnerware to accommodate the maximum stated occupancy of the rental. Beds will be freshly made and have mattress pads, bedspreads, blankets and pillows. Towels, washcloths and hand towels are also supplied for the stated occupancy of the rental during your stay. There will be enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and basic cleaning supplies to get you started at the property for your arrival. We do not re-supply units with these items mid-stay. All properties have WIFI, Basic Cable TV. Most Cell phones will work at our properties, Verizon seems to have the best coverage in the Asheville Area. There is a washer and dryer, gas grill (propane is provided), and wood fireplace.
