SantaLand Diaries is an essay by David Sedaris, adapted for the stage by Joe Mantello. The story and play is allegedly about Sedaris himself and reveals his hilarious observations of Macy Department Store shoppers and employees while he is employed as a Christmas Elf in Macy’s SantaLand.
The Santaland Diaries may be seen in Asheville, NC this December, 13-16, 2012, on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights at 7:30 pm and Sunday afternoon at 2:30 pm.
