The private rooms at our Blue Ridge Parkway Bed and Breakfast include: a hearty breakfast each morning in the dining room anytime between 8:30 – 10:00; each room has an ensuite private full bath, as well as Roku TV, WIFI, in-room coffee & robes. Many rooms include a mini-fridge and microwave. Convenient off-street parking and access to the guest kitchenette with fridge/freezer, icemaker and other handy items are also available to all guests. Coffee & teas are available in the dining area all day. All rooms are pet friendly except the Little Garden Room #4 (review policies). Some rooms allow for an additional guest with a roll-away or day bed. Rates are based on double occupancy; additional guests are $30 per guest per day. Well behaved children are also welcome. Blue Ridge Room #2, 1st floor
The Blue Ridge Room is on the first floor with King Bed, private ensuite bath with tub/shower combination. Due to damage sustained from Hurricane Helene, the private back deck and enclosed porch are unavailable, and the discounted nightly rate reflects this. Once repaired, the enclosed porch will give the Blue Ridge Room extra space and make it ideal for pet owners, with the direct access to the fenced back yard via steps down from the private back deck.
Additional in-room amenities include Roku TV, WIFI, a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, bathrobes, soaps & shampoo. As with all rooms at Oakland Cottage, a wonderful & hearty breakfast is available each morning in the dining room; wireless internet is complimentary and available throughout the house. Dogwood Suite #3, 1st floor
The Dogwood Suite is one of two lodging guest rooms on the first floor. There is a king bed in the main room with private ensuite bath with step in shower. The side room features a twin bed and arm chairs. Enter the Dogwood Suite from inside the B&B, or enjoy your private outside entry and porch. The Dogwood Suite is ideal for guests wanting a little more "come and go" privacy and is a great choice for pet-friendly lodging guests.

Little Garden Room #4, 2nd floor
The Little Garden Room is a delightful Asheville Bed and Breakfast Queen bedroom. A full private bath with a petite spa walk in shower, and little sitting room entry make this room a cutie. A bank of windows along one side of the bedroom give views to downtown twinkling lights.

The Garden Suite of our bed and breakfast has a light, bright, & airy feel with its spaciousness and many windows overlooking the back yard. The Garden Suite features a king bed and daybed for an extra guest. Enjoy the private deck through sliding glass doors. There is a private ensuite bath with tub/shower combination.

Magnolia Suite #6, 2nd floor
For a spacious Asheville Bed and Breakfast option, you will love the Magnolia Suite with a King bed in the main room opening up to a sitting room through double doors; there is a private ensuite bath with clawfoot tub/shower combination. A large south facing bay window overlooks the front yard. There is a daybed with trundle in the sitting room making this Suite ideal for couples traveling with an extra family member (or two), or an Asheville girlfriend getaway!
