Asheville Sunset Vista vacation rental is a charming Blue Ridge Parkway lodging option. Two bedrooms and one bath make the Sunset Vista perfect for two, or for one or two small families to share. Both bedrooms have a King bed and a Twin bed (maximum house capacity is 4 adults or 6 til guests with children). The bath with tub/shower combination, is accessed from the hallway. All linens are provided; Roku TV & wireless Internet keep you connected (should you so desire). Enjoy cooking in or dining out (Asheville culinary scene is amazing)! Full amenity kitchen opens to the sun room with dining table. Double French doors open to the spacious well furnished deck & wonderful year-round westerly views. Gas grill and gas fire pit are on the deck for added enjoyment. Washer/dryer, full amenity kitchen, driveway with ample off street parking. All on one level, and literally, just 3 short miles and under 10 minutes to Downtown Asheville.
Main Living Area: Lovely year-round views may be enjoyed from the spacious back deck opening from large double French doors off the many-windowed sunroom & fully equipped kitchen.
Bedrooms: 2 guest rooms, one with a king bed and a twin bed, and one with a queen bed and additional twin bed, share a full bath with tub shower combo. Additional amenities include: WIFI, extra large back deck with gas grill, washer/dryer, Roku TV.
What’s included, what to bring: The kitchen is equipped with cookware and dinnerware to accommodate the maximum stated occupancy of the rental. Beds will be freshly made and have mattress pads, bedspreads, blankets and pillows. Towels, washcloths and hand towels are also supplied for the maximum stated occupancy of the rental. There will be enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and basic cleaning supplies to get you started at the property for your arrival. We do not re-supply units with these items mid-stay. All properties have WIFI, Smart TV. Most Cell phones will work at our properties, some companies seem better than others, Verizon seems to have the best coverage in the Asheville Area. There is a washer and dryer, gas grill (gas is provided), and wood fireplace (starter wood only is provided, and bring your kindling).
