The Blue Ridge Room is on the first floor with King Bed, private ensuite bath with tub/shower combination. Due to damage sustained from Hurricane Helene, the private back deck and enclosed porch are unavailable, and the discounted nightly rate reflects this. Once repaired, the enclosed porch will give the Blue Ridge Room extra space and make it ideal for pet owners, with the direct access to the fenced back yard via steps down from the private back deck.

Additional in-room amenities include Roku TV, WIFI, a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, bathrobes, soaps & shampoo. As with all rooms at Oakland Cottage, a wonderful & hearty breakfast is available each morning in the dining room; wireless internet is complimentary and available throughout the house. Convenient & complimentary onsite parking is also available for all guests.
